This Agreement (including any modification, alteration, change, or deletion made from time to time by Cosmyrra.com) constitutes a binding contract between you (“User”) and Cosmyrra.com (“Cosmyrra”).

1. Free Consent

By accessing or visiting Cosmyrra.com, you acknowledge your full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms & Conditions detailed herein, as well as those in the Disclaimer section of this Agreement.

You affirm and undertake, with a sound mind and without undue influence, force, or coercion, that you are bound by the terms of this Agreement. In the event of any dispute arising from non-performance of obligations as a visitor, querist, or user of Cosmyrra.com’s services, including but not limited to non-payment of dues, the exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts.

7. Shipping Policy

  • Standard delivery timelines: 7 – 14 business days (location dependent).

  • Delays may occur in exceptional circumstances (e.g., Covid-19, natural disasters, or unforeseen disruptions).

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds will not be issued once a product/service has been dispatched.

  • Order cancellations may only be requested within 2 days of payment and only if the service has not been availed.

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer data will not be grounds for refund. Please verify details before submission.

  • Requests for corrections can be emailed to contact@cosmyrra.com within 2 days of placing the order.

9. Refund Processing

Where applicable, refunds will be processed after deducting:

  • Bank/payment gateway charges.

  • Shipping/courier charges (both ways).

  • Customs duties or other expenses incurred by Cosmyrra.com.
